Lifetime FO for 1 MM is a pathetic joke: "thank you for being our loyal customer, we hate you".
It is NOT lifetime just "Complimentary". They took out the "Lifetime" 2 years ago. Good thing they did not call it "Elite" status because FO is no longer considered an "Elite" status.
