I've been using IRIS for a quite a few years but in the last 12 months the system definitely has been speeded up.

The great thing is for me, all the times I have been through, I've never had more than 1 person in front of me!

My wife on the other hand,if she is travelling with me, is useless at using the machine.. she seems to struggle to understand the lining up process..... so I'm left to either so she goes through the normal long wait channel......

- collect the luggage
- or end up waiting for her
