Iris is great!

Arriving this morning around 10.30 at T5 immigration was quite bad. Some of the longest lines seen actually. I am so glad I have Iris access. Not a single person in line, with only one Iris barrier open.

Same a few weeks back. Iris empty. Normal lanes crowded.
Same story in late May.

Are fewer people using Iris lately? I don't mind!
I also noticed the Fast Track Arrivals signage now state Golds and Silvers may use it. ^ Perfect should Iris be crowded.
An elite BAEC registered for Iris has three options available for immigration Well done BA.
