Keep in mind if the ticket has been printed it's subject to the 10% penalty for a cash refund. If you haven't printed it yet you can get your full fare credited back to your original form of payment.
As noted by Jdawg, once the ticket has been printed you are subject to the 10% penalty if you insist on a refund. At that point, the only way to get 100% of the money spent on the ticket back is by exchanging it for another ticket of equal or greater value, or by requesting a voucher.
