You should be fine.
I frequently travel using my middle name and surname only and never had a problem in countries from America to Viet Nam.
I even travelled with the wrong order of names but they are all on my passports in one way or another.
Adding the BAEC number is name-specific - Nicci knows about my issue very well - and eventually put my middle name as my first name for the BAEC membership which is fine when my company books tickets as they forget my full name, not so great when I book, as I habitually put my first proper name in! It is a bit of a pain for the BAEC office staff to add it, but easily done at check-in or after the flight.
