^ for KLU staff. Got the HOT+priority tag last sunday and made a 20 minute connection at VIE. Luggage made it, I got upgraded ... happy camper ;-)

Btw: Skyteam/KL uses a SHOCON (short connection luggage) label: http://www.wormulon.net/blogimages/2...-tags_1024.jpg
