I booked a trip about a month ago, same way I always do. I'm a GM, and reserved seats in the medallion members area in coach. Arrived at the airport, got my ticket, zone 1, no upgrade. Looked at the upgrade list, I wasnt there. When the GA wasn't busy, I asked her. She was very helpful, and was puzzled when I wasnt on there. My status was marked on my tickets too. The first cabin had already been given out and she apologized, saying that I was the second person that day that she'd seen it happen to.
Anyone else seen anything like this?
I've had it happen when traveling with somebody who has no status. Was told I had to manually turn on my upgrade request in those instances if we were both booked on the same reservation. Only happened once, though, so not sure...
