Look at the majority of DL flight crews, or ground staff in ATL, SLC, MSP.
By and large - Friendly, helpful and generally(in my opinion) embody the DL "Southern Hospitality" style.
They would have to clean house, start over, and pay better. I don't see the CS getting a whole lot better even after the new terminal unless they upgrade the attitudes of their employees (with cash, reprimands, whatever).
