Something else: why not expand the Rapidair brand out West using the Q400, between YVR-YLW-YYC-YEG-YMM?

After all, an airplane is simply a quicker alternative to a car/bus - that's it. Give the people what they want: quick security access, nearby gate, a newer comfy plane with free meal/snacks, and frequent flights between nearby cities.
