Common Boading Pass Scanning on DL and AS
Here's a move forward in the DL/AS partnership I thought I'd share as I hadn't noticed it before...

DL issued my boarding passes for all my flights
DL DTW-MSP
AS MSP-SEA
AS SEA-GEG
so they were all on DL boarding cards with DL coding showing the DL confirmation number and my 027- ticket number.

To my surprise, when I handed the DL-issued and encoded pass to the AS agent in both MSP and SEA, they scanned directly into the AS system using the TSA 3-D barcode. I had never seen this work successfully before, so I thought I'd pass it along. Anyone else noticing things like this with other partners?
