I am at MUC today and there is no shouting, just pleasantries at security. It is only natural that loud noises and agressive behaviour will cause many people to experience a physical as well as emotional change.
I still don't know why TSA seems to have a mandate to shout at passengers.
It is because TSA management is inept. From the very beginning of the agency, it was staffed with people from other agencies who weren't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, which is why they flocked to the new agency, many of them trying to escape their less than illustrious pasts.
I'm not kidding. TSA and the DHS headquarters staff are staffed with the some of the dumbest managers in the entire federal government.
