Connecting Int'l to Int'l with direct bags

A number of Customs entry points now offer direct, sterile bag transfer for people connecting between two international flights. IAH is one of them. I know there are at least a half dozen or so. Which ones are they?

International travelers only connecting in the US keep getting told that they have to wait for their bags on this and other forums. This is not true at all ports of entry. I've been searching for the list and status of the program roll-out, but have been unsuccessful to date.

(direct bag transfer means incoming pax only have to visit with the Immigration folk. They don't have to pick up their bag and carry it through for security drop-off. The bags are transferred to the next plan automatically... given same airline, same alliance, interline agreement, and single ticket without stopover. )
