I will keep avoiding the LY "flying zoo" as much as I can although I do 12-15 TATL/yr.

My reasons:

1. Rude, non service oriented FAs ("what's your problem mister? if you have a problem write a letter. I don't work for you 'people'.") who give you a feeling like your a nuisance (not entirely their fault with the PAX they work with)
2. Charging for FF program
3. They do nothing about the gentlemen congregating for prayer and constantly bumping pax sitting in the aisle or exit row seats
4. Indifferent, rude and useless customer service
5. PAX who act like it's their first flight ever
6. Old unclean aircraft
