I am hesitant to book a flight from EWR>CDG direct on Continental because I do not fully understand the mileage situation as of present.

I am premier exec.

Will I receive my 150% mileage bonus?
Will those miles I fly (100%) be EQM?
Can I use my miles to upgrade to Biz class on Continental yet?
Any worries?
