On my way home from SYD yesterday ($730 ai from MCO, the Oz Tware from a few weeks ago), arrived in LAX pretty tired from the flight from SYD, was headed LAX-ORD-MCO and LAX-ORD was overbooked, so I was moved to LAX-DEN-MCO. LAX-DEN was then overbooked, and they offered the LAX-MCO redeye....but after already coming in on SYD-LAX, I figured sleeping two nights in a row on planes was less than desirable, so I had them rebook me LAX-DEN-MCO this morning (I paid for my own hotel, which was absolutely worth it to get a decent night's sleep and $800 in my pocket). Arrived in DEN and DEN-MCO was over by a couple, so I was moved to the evening MCO flight for another $400 bringing my total to $1200!

For all the previous bumps I have done, I was only offered DBC Free, but now that those are gone and it is only TCs, are these TCs valid internationally? I'm not sure if the TCs now are different than the previous TCs prior to the elimination of DBC Free, but the GA who processed my last VDB said the TCs would be valid internationally, and on the T&C attached says:

4. Valid for air transportation charges only on UA/United Express (UAX) operated flights only and for any UA/UAX published fare only.

So am I correct that these will be valid for essentially any UA metal itinerary on a published fare?
