Got the opposite to happen this week -- the platinum availability actually worked.

When I wasn't signed in, I didn't see any availability at the saver rate for LAS - LHR. Signed in....and *poof*, there it was. Booked it no problem. The amazing thing was that it was for a trip departing in ten days.

Normally I have all the problems mentioned above with this tool. Just thought I'd share a positive where it appeared to work like it was supposed to.
