Do you have any idea how far NRT-GRU is? SQ would have to do it via somewhere else as NRT-GRU non stop is nearly 2,000 miles longer than SIN-EWR (the current longest flight in the world). If SQ were to use their own metal to get to GRU (which I'd say would be extremely extremely unlikely) then via JNB is shortest, next best options would be via LHR (or somewhere in Europe), BOM, DXB, AKL or SYD.
