There is no use applying lipstick to this Pig...Yes, it is pretty bad all around. Some staff are nasty even by BOS/NYC standards, some are OK. The facilities are abysmal (that will be changing), and the airport itself is famous for ground delays, long taxi's, congestion, etc. I have been through there 10 times this year and I am forced to put up with it because of either pricing or preferred TATL routing but when I do not have to connect @ JFK I don't.
