I'm not so hardcore about it that I'd refuse a free ticket on them, but those guys left a really bad taste in my mouth by sending me on an 18-month run around in order to recover funds from a canceled (fully refundable) e-ticket. During that whole process, I learned that they really didn't give a hoot about customer service (the single episode gave me MANY opportunities to evaluate them on this front).

I thought the 110 days for AA to refund me was bad (on the subject of this thread I'll still fly them).
