However, AirTran regards the click thru as a third party and is unwilling to render any assistance. Someone had experienced this problem earlier and it was reported in this forum.
I've used Kayak when it was offering fares without seat fees on AirTran. Since then, it has become essentially useless to me. I am better off booking directly with AirTran.
