It really varies.

I think my absolute favourite AC experience was travelling Exec First to Buenos Aires. On the short hop over from Santiago, I asked for a glass of champagne. The flight attendent informed me that I was the only one asking, and that I would now have to drink the entire bottle because it was useless upon landing. They proceeded to present me with one of the larger juice glasses FULL of the bubbly stuff, and kept filling it up throughout the departure procedures. At one point they offered me a straw

Great sense of humour, and a lot of fun had by all.
