I had a some snacks,candies,and instant rice/noodle with chicken and pork flavor. The inspector read the label on the instant rice and said it contains diced chicken which I didn't know since they are dozen small packs of them sealed in the bigger package and since I didn't declare them. Stupid on CBP's part in my book. It was probably freeze dried chicken. Maybe a couple pieces. Not like you were bringing back fresh chicken breasts...
I did forget to mention once, going to Mexico, they took the beef jerky which I brought from the US. I guess beef from the US did not meet Mexico's quality controls...........
