Hello all,

I am taking BA 174 from JFK to LHR which arrives at 7:05 AM and then connecting on Gulf Air to BAH at 10:00 AM from T4. I am wondering if there is enough time to hit the Arrivals lounge for a quick shower and then get to T4 on time (the skyteam lounge used by Gulf Air only has one or two showers - I had to wait a long time during my last visit). Am I risking my connection by trying to do this? How long does it take to get to T4 from the Arrivals lounge? Any info/suggestion from experienced LHR flyers would be greatly appreciated.
