Any gate agent for the airline you are departing on can print a boarding pass for you. It is generally best to pick a gate agent that isn't swamped at that moment - one that is closing out a flight or just arriving to open up one.

If you have a situation where the airlines are in different terminals (such as at LAX) you will normally need a boarding pass to transfer between terminals airside.

Even if you cannot get both boarding passes during OLCI, you should be able to get them at the airport if you arrive with enough time to do that.
