I'm sure some will disagree with me, but the whole concept of preboarding is not just abused but needs to be scrapped.

I've never understood the need for someone with a baby to be seated early. What is the point?

Delta had gotten away from the preboarding until SkyPriority was introduced. Maybe it just coincided with summer travel but needs to be stopped.

And leave the 'service dog' at home.
