Yes, you're correct. Without leaving CONUS (1 point each for East, West, Shuttle), you'd need to do one of the Jump/New Route mentioned for the 4th point.

I'm guessing mostly FTers will qualify ; it's not a straightforward promo, and this is the first US promo I remember with accompanying FAQ section!
