In some senses it is easier to eat, because of the quality they are loaded up with the chocolate chips and when they are served cold/room temperature you dont get the chocolate all over your fingers...Along with this, they dont fall apart when they served "firm".
But the messiness is part of the fun!
At Miller Park, the cookies are kept warm in a case, with an incandescent light bulb providing the heat.
Not real sophisticated, but it works. It reminds me of the EASY-BAKE oven.
