If it is not clear to you, please go to AF Website. You click on the link about different classes ("A bord" on French website). You can see pictures of the Premium voyageur seats as well as read description of the product.

Then you do the same on KLM website and click on the relevant links which takes you to explanation of the Economy comfort concept (same cabin, same seats etc. as in Economy).

After that you will have become the specialist of differentiation between both products.
To complete your perfect analysis, I'd say that "Economy Comfort" @KL = "Seat Plus" @ AF. Standard Economy seat, but better location (more legroom, etc.)
