I always fly in Y, and usually get a bulkhead or exit row seat. Recently I've been upgraded to Y+ for 2 long-haul flights. IMHO the legroom difference is not that much, in fact I'd say the same for bulkhead, and the exit row gets more space! However if you get the Y+ bulkhead then it's certainly more legroom than Y bulkhead.
