Absolutely fantastic -- especially with the large iPhone screen.

However, to be honest, I mostly used the paid FlightTrack application -- I think it was about $5. It synchs with TripIt (so I can import itineraries via email) but also gives me accurate, up-to-date gate and time information.

It has saved me at least twice when there crazy last minute gate changes. And you can enable push notification, which is nice.

The only complaint I have is that FlightTrack does not do cruises or car rentals -- otherwise it would be perfect! I'm now trying another one, TripDeck, from the same compay. This one alledgedly does cruises, car rentals, etc, and synchs with Tripit. BUt I gotta say: the interface is too confusing for me. FlightTrack still rules.

So, for now, I use the TripIt app (because it shows itinerary price), FlighTrack (because it gives me flightstatus), and TripDeck (because it does car rentals and cruises).

Just hoping it could all be merged...
I have TripIt Pro; TripTracker (Pageonce); Kayak; Flight Caster; FlightTrack; AA

TripIt Pro is by far the most useful (and most expensive). I have however, found one area where TripTracker (and now AA) trump it. TripTracker actually logs into your accounts and updates vs. you sending in an e-mail.

If you change or cancel a flight, TripTracker picks it up immediately. With TripIt you have to make a manual change. Along the same lines, if you forget to forward the confirmation e-mail to TripIt, you're out of luck.

TripTracker lacks alternative flight information. However, you can setup more than one account to be tracked, i.e. both my AA and my wife's AA accounts.

Kayak is great for pricing flights but I prefer TripIt Pro and TripTracker for everything else.

I was disapointed with FlightTrack and don't feel it offers much beyond what the TripIt app can now do. Between FlightTrack and TripTracker I would definitely take TripTracker.

If TripIt offered the same account sync as TripTracker plus continuing to be able to e-mail anything that couldn't sync - it would be TripIt Pro all the way. Having said that, I really do like TripTracker. TripIt Pro's iPhone app has come a long way this last year. Perhaps TripTracker will catch up or pass them this next year.

NOTE: TripTracker is by PageOnce (http://www.pageonce.com/triptracker_iphone.html). There are other travel apps by the same name so it's a bit confusing.
