Some folks sadly lack respect for others and often for themselves too. A healthy dose of modesty, humility, care, consideration are all in order. Unfortunately these virtues are not the currency that governs airline or our greater commercial life. Perfectly consistent to be rich and a jerk but also be poor and a jerk. The former perhaps we see more often in the lounges.
