Sitting in the BA lounge getting ready to head to London while enjoying a bit of drink and can't help but notice the same guy who was being abusive to the checkin staff is now being abusive to the lounge attendants/service staff. While being stuck on his phone, of course. What makes people get in this mindset? I've been traveling internationally since I was 1 month old and have always been taught to treat staff in the same manner one themselves would like to be treated. Thoughts?
