Maybe you could start by resolving to read all the rules related to the tickets you buy… A silver medallion should know to do that.

Just my opinion, but I don’t think the FAA or attorney general will be interested.

If you are disgusted that DL follows its published rules, you might be better off switching your allegiance as you are threatening to do.
