So I am flying internationally into SJU where I have 1 hour to go thru customs and collect luggage then catch a flight to ORD where I have a 30 min layover to MSP where I have 1 hour to make it to the Amtrak station to GFK where AA doesn't fly. I've come to the realization that my luggage most likely won't make it with my guess that it'll get delayed in ORD. Since AA doesn't fly to GFK and I won't have time to file a claim at MSP what happens in these circumstances? Is my luggage left at MSP, do they FedEx it to my house in GFK? Who is responsible for lost luggage if they do lose it?
