Hello All-

My gf is booked to fly MCO-ATL this Saturday and for over a week now the seat map for her flight has been "frozen". Her seat status in her itinerary is "Not Assigned" and it will not allow her to select a seat, it just reverts to Not Assigned. The seat map hasn't changed in a week, and I don't think the flight is oversold since they are still selling M fares. What could be the deal here? I spoke with DL and they said it could be frozen for a schedule change, but that was days ago and the flight is now in 2 days with no resolution.
