And you want to bring up case law? Where is case law the law? Case law is NOT the law, never has and never been.
You're certainly entitled to your opinion. However, I'm inclined to respect SCOTUS and lower court decisions as constitutive of The Law, along with statutes, regulations
and state and federal constitutions.
