Check your taxes, those of you who are patient! I found a $20 mistake in a ticket I changed routing on. The old routing went through FRA, the new one through ZRH, but a German fee code still appeared (below in the crazy list). I called in to ask very politely if they could double-check and they happily did, and refunded the charge.
