Yeah, in an ideal world, where companies stick to their promises, that's what would happen mikew99. It's most unfortunate that a situation like this has made me lose faith in the company. Previously, I always booked Travelocity because I had faith in their guarantee- it gave me a false sense of security...but seeing your reply mikew99, looks like I'm not alone!
I do understand completely that mistakes do happen. But as a customer, I also expect a guarantee to hold up if things fall through...I mean, isn't that what a guarantee is for?
But in any case, I can't do anything either if they don't-.. that's the way life is.
