My favorite in Europe is the Le Grand. Everything about it is superb. Yes, some of the German properties are nice too. London is one of the few IC's that won't upgrade me automatically to Club, but I hear it is nice.

In Asia, Bali is perhaps my favorite Club. 2nd place to Beijing. Sydney has special qualities, but doesn't really make you feel at home. In years past the IC SIN had a wonderful Club, but there have been so many changes in the last few years...

In Africa, Nairobi has easily the best Club. The same staff for years now and they always treat me like family.

I can't think of any Clubs in the Middle East that I would call great. Some are ok, some are not. Riyadh has perhaps the best facility, but of course no alcohol.
