Yes, it was a low rate.

But when I asked the agent - he replied (over and over again) that it was not a Travelocity mistake- but a case of hotel not honouring the rate. Meaning they knew of the low rate?!

And all three agents in three seperate incidents confirmed my reservation and rate.

In all fairness, I wouldn't have known- mistake or not. Great promotions have popped up and are perfectly legit.
