I'm glad someone agrees. The international calls...well, a portion of that silly $25 voucher.
They reconfirmed my price when I called- and stated that there is no problem at all, confusing me on whether or not I should start booking another hotel.
Not honouring a reservation is one thing. Confusing people over and over that the reservation is confirmed is another (3 seperate occassions). Not adhering to their 'guarantee' that "Everything about your booking will be right, or we'll work with our partners to make it right, right away." ? -->

To add insult, that guarantee line quoted above re-appeared in the email with the pointless $25 voucher.
