I don't agree. Virtually There takes it's segment info from Sabre CRS. The hotel room info in Sabre is loaded by the hotel chain or its marketing alliance company. The agent can see this in inside-link availability but it's unlikely the agent overrides this info. (That's how we do it, but others may have different M.O.)
