I like the forward economy cabin on this aircraft. In that cabin, row 30 (either side) would be my first choice - there is a little more room at the bulkhead. If you can't get the bulkhead I would choose the middle seats in the forward section. Not any more room but at least two of you will have the aisle.

People tend to congregate in the row 44/45 area making it hard to watch a movie or sleep. I would not choose it for this reason.
