I may be in the same boat. It's been nearly 2 weeks now, and I have only the 10k bonus.
If you read in the starwood forum, you'll see there are many many cases back in the days when the standard starwood amex offer was 10k, plus 15k after a $15k spend, where amex would simply not honor the 15k. You have to fight tooth and nail to get it. Their standard line is always, "call back in 8 weeks," but I can't remember a single occasion where someone got the points after more than a couple of weeks. If they don't post quickly, they don't post at all, and the 8 weeks is just a tactic, it seems to me, to get you to give up. It appears they've now changed the 8 weeks to 12 weeks, so even worse.
Not saying this bonus will work the same, but I won't be surprised. Anyway, at this point, I'm planning to have to wait 12 weeks to get the points and to have to fight to do so. If it happens sooner, great, but I'm starting not to count on it.
