Like I said, I've watched every episode of Aircrash Investigations on Discovery Channel (yes, I TiVo them) and it's painfully obvious air crashes happen on two major reasons: 1) Poor maintenance, 2) Pilot bad judgments.
We can sit here and accuse each other wrong all day, but I'm not going to do that but simply state what I saw.
