I met my spending requirement but only the amount I spent post on my account. No 10K or 20K bonus mile. I called customer service. She confirm that I qualify for the bonus ( I applied trough the link) but she told me that I have to wait 3 months before I get my bonus mile. Is that true? I don't undersand why I have to wait. I explain to her that with other card I get bonus as soon as I meet the spending requirement but she said all the card offer are different.
