Personally, I would love to see it restarted as I used to fly it almost monthly. Realistically, it is simply not going to happen. SQ has abandoned TPE as a transpacific gateway. TPE station has been slimmed down with most ground service outsourced; TPE lounge has been downsized by 50%; most TPE ground staff as well as cabin crew have been either let go or resigned; and most TPE based SQ fliers have decamped to others. It will be a huge task to restart TPE-LAX service and I don't see it happening in the foreseeable future.

Come to think of it, 1/10 of 1% seems wildly optimistic.
