ok thx.... i guess they really do need help in NYC pretty often.... last time i was at EWR all three LH flights (DUS, FRA, MUC) were heavily overbooked.... i was happy not to be one of the gate agents ;-)

however i started to chat with a woman sitting next to me and she told me that on 3 out of 4 flights she was bumped on the NYC-germany route
