Further updates:

- Water temperature this morning was normal: fully hot within 90 seconds. Excellent.

- Breakfast arrived on time (actually, 5 minutes early) and was letter perfect this time. Excellent.

- Roomlinx still a bit lame, but I was able to watch some training videos in AVI format from a USB stick, so it's starting to grow on me. I'm not sure I'd pay $15/day for this... or, heck, anything for it.

- The screen from the desk telephone is incredibly bright. After 5 minutes of pushing buttons trying to find a way to dim it, I simply unplugged the phone. This led me to realize just how many lights there were: keypads on either side of the bed, LEDs from the roomlinx unit, LEDs from the radio controls (always on when an iPhone is plugged in). I like a room dark -- but could strategically position things to achieve this. Andaz WS has the same Mitel IP desk phone, but the backlighting turns off after 30 seconds or so. Not so here.
