I did that. First, I wrote a secure message and asked if I could get the 30K point offer since I only got 10K originally. They said I could but I would have to cancel my card then reapply. I did and was approved. So at least I have in writing that I will get the 30K. I'll post once I see the points post. I got them on my business card as soon as I spent $1,000 - even before the billing closed. Problem for you may be the offer is over according to the details.
